Our Mission:
The Day Center vision is intergenerational families living together within their communities.
The Day Center mission
is to provide a place
of care, socialization, and activity to perserve the independence and dignity of adults and elders, while providing
respite for caregivers.

Rates
The rate for standard service, which includes all meals and activities, is $9.00 per hour. Enchanced service for those
participants in need of constant one to one care and companionship is also offered. This service is $13.00 per hour.
The
program does participate with state funded medicaid waiver program. Long Term care insurance is also accepted as payment.
