Central Wyoming Senior Services was established in 1975 to provide nutritious meals, companionship and activities for the senior
citizens of Natrona County. The organization began serving meals in a church basement and eventually evolved into our current
facility which provided over 51,000 meals last year. All programs and services through Central Wyoming Senior Services are designed
to enhance the ability of the over 60 population of Natrona County to stay active, healthy and independent; by offering activities,
nutritional support and services to meet their changing needs.
This past year, over 6000 community members utilized our
facility including a client base of 3,800 individuals. Over 51,000 meals were served in a congregate meal program, 1817 clients
participate monthly in the activities program and 126 clients are served through the Community Based in Home Services program. Senior Center answered over 1,000 information and referral calls per month including; respite care, heath issues, tax assistance and
